Mr. Richards is a graduate of Apple Valley High School, class of 1990. Throughout his 26 years of experience in education, Mr. Richards held the title of math teacher, wrestling coach, Department Chair, Peer Leader advisor, Dean of Students, and Principal. Mr. Richards is passionate about working with students and improving their skills so that they are successful in their future endeavors. Mrs. Krikorian joined the AAE family in 2012, when her children were enrolled in elementary school. As the 6-12th grade Vice Principal, she is dedicated to nurturing a supportive learning environment where every single student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally. She is sincerely committed to maintaining educational excellence, supporting our students' success during their time here, and preparing them for achievements in post-secondary education.
In her time at AAE, she has taught across grade levels, in Elementary, Middle School, and High School. Outside of the classroom, she has held positions such as Teacher on Assignment, Lead Program Coordinator for Summer Academy, Lead Program Coordinator for Tutoring, Teacher Coach, Induction Mentor, and Mock Trial Coach. Mrs. Krikorian graduated from the University of La Verne with a Master’s degree in Educational Technology, with dual credentials in Multiple Subject and Single Subject (Business) teaching. Additionally, she holds three Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Business Management, and Finance from the University of Michigan.
